10 Wellsford Valley Road WELLSFORD, Rodney

This lovely home has polished wooden floors, is close to town & the local schools and is set on a fully fenced large mature section with fruit tree's. It has plenty of room for the vege garden and also has a large garden shed for storage.

It features 3 bedrooms or 2 bedrooms plus an office and has a separate laundry and toilet. There is also a bath for soaking in on those colder winter nights.
