149 Rodney Street WELLSFORD, Rodney

This large three bedroom property is located in the heart of Wellsford behind the shops. It has recently been re painted and carpeted throughout so it is in a very tidy condition.

It has three good sized bedrooms, a separate laundry, the large lounge and dining areas are open plan with a deck off the back and a small, easy care back garden/lawn area.

A cat would be considered by sorry no dogs.
