This is a lovely newly decorated home in Wellsford on 1/4 acre site with a fantastic large front and back yard which is fully fenced.

It features two bedrooms plus a decent sized nook off the lounge which could be used as a study, dining room, kids room or another bedroom.

There is a fireplace for the colder winter nights and a large kitchen with new oven. It also features a separate laundry which mum will love and a large double garage for dad.
