WELLSFORD Rodney 0900

This lovely rural property is located 5 minutes from town and is set on 4.5ha of land so it is very private.

It features a double secure garage, three decent sized bedroooms and a fire place.

A couple of cats are ok and an outside dog may be considered depending on references.
