959 Port Albert Road WELLSFORD, Rodney

Yes, it needs some upgrading but the bones are here. This was one of the original homes and built in generous proportion and still has the features - kauri battened ceiling, kauri floors and 3 fire places. Set on approximately an acre with mature oak and palm trees, orchard and 3 bay garage workshop. A superb property and investment to recreate and restore some history. A boat ramp is nearby with excellent fishing from the Kaipara Harbour.
