Nicole Banks began her real estate career in 2009, starting on the frontline as a property manager in her family’s Warkworth business. Working her way up from the ground level, she developed a strong, practical understanding of property management and a reputation for professionalism, reliability, and exceptional client care.
Nicole’s commitment to protecting her clients’ most valuable assets saw her recognised as Property Manager of the Year at the Ray White National Awards in 2013. She continued to build on this success, stepping into a leadership role and completing the NZQA Certificate in Residential Property Management (Level 4) in 2014, the highest qualification in the industry, held by only a small number of professionals nationwide.
In 2017, Nicole’s dedication to supporting both her team and clients was again acknowledged when she received Property Management Support Person of the Year at the Ray White National Awards.
In October 2020, Nicole and her husband Terrence took ownership of the family property management business from her father, Ken. Together, they have since expanded their leadership across Warkworth, Snells Beach, and Maungaturoto, building a strong, community-focused real estate presence throughout the region.
Nicole leads a highly skilled team with a strong focus on accountability and results, including a zero-tolerance approach to rent arrears. Known for her clear communication and people-first leadership style, she believes the best outcomes are achieved through open, honest conversations and practical solutions. A wife and mother of three, Nicole brings calm, clarity, and balance to every aspect of her work.
