Nicole Banks

Nicole Bogue began her real estate journey in 2009, stepping into a frontline role as a property manager in her family's business in Warkworth. Starting at the coalface, Nicole worked her way up through the ranks, gaining hands-on experience and developing a deep understanding of property management from the ground up.

With a strong commitment to protecting her clients’ most valuable assets, Nicole quickly distinguished herself in the industry. In 2013, she was recognised as Property Manager of the Year at the Ray White National Awards – a testament to her dedication, professionalism, and exceptional service.

Her drive for excellence saw her move into a leadership role within the property management department, and in 2014 she completed the NZQA Certificate in Residential Property Management (Level 4) – the highest qualification available in the field, held by only a small group of professionals across the country.

In 2017, Nicole’s commitment to supporting both her team and her clients was once again recognised when she received the Property Management Support Person of the Year award at the Ray White National Awards.

In October 2020, Nicole and her husband Terrence took over ownership of the property management business from Nicole’s father, Ken. Since then, they have expanded their leadership to include the Sales offices in Warkworth, Snells Beach, and Maungaturoto, building a strong, community-focused real estate presence across the region.

Nicole leads a skilled and supportive team with a clear focus on accountability, maintaining a zero-tolerance policy for rent arrears. Known for her clear communication and people-first approach, Nicole balances her professional responsibilities with family life as a wife and mother of three. She believes in resolving issues through open, honest dialogue and brings a calm, solutions-focused mindset to every situation.
